A Call to Innovators: The Federation Initiatives Series to Publish 30 Free Digital Books

The World Federation of Arab Intellectuals, in collaboration with the publishing house "Digitalizing the Arab Book - Stockholm," invites writers and translators from all over the world and in all languages to participate in the "Federation Series" competition (Phase Two), which aims to publish 30 digital books completely free of charge.

Publishing and Competition Benefits:

Free Digital Publication: The winning books will be issued digitally and made available to the public for free.
International Legal Deposit: The books will receive a European legal deposit certificate from the Swedish Royal Library, along with an International Standard Book Number (ISBN).
Widespread Access: Winning books will be displayed at the Swedish Royal Library, made available to its members, and archived in the Swedish National Archives.
Certificate of Appreciation: The winning author will receive a certified award from the World Federation of Arab Intellectuals and the publishing house "Digitalizing the Arab Book."
Author's Rights: The author retains the right to convert their book into a print version in their country after publication and to republish it as a second edition with another publishing house.
Membership and Recognition: Winners will receive membership in the World Federation of Arab Intellectuals, and news of their success will be published in the media channels of the Federation and its partners.

Competition Categories:

We welcome submissions in the following fields:
Novels and all branches of Arabic literature.
Poetry.
Philosophy, sociology, and all branches of humanities.
Translation.

Terms of Participation:

The author must submit a national ID card or passport.
The book must be original work by the author and not have been previously published, either in full or in part.
The book must be ready for publication, professionally proofread, and artistically formatted.
A written pledge of the book's originality and a copy of the national ID or passport must be submitted for legal deposit documentation.
The book must be sent in Word Office format, with a foreign language translation of the title, and the author's name and date of birth in English.
A connected front and back book cover design must be submitted.
The book must not go beyond the limits of academic critique to insult or disparage the beliefs of others.
The book should not be political or offensive to others and their beliefs.

Important Notes:

Any participant whose work is found by the judging committee to have been generated by artificial intelligence will be disqualified and banned.
Works submitted multiple times, in installments, with consecutive updates, or that are missing any of the previous conditions will not be considered.
The publishing house is not obligated to send a detailed evaluation or reasons for rejection to the author if a work is not accepted.
